A COLLABORATOR, PROBLEM SOLVER
AND LIFESTYLE ENHANCER

LEN COTSOVOLOS | INTERIOR designer

is a seasoned Interior Architectural Designer

Rumi once said, “Let the Beauty of what you Love, Be what you Do.”

I am fortunate that every day, through Interior Design, I do what I love…and love what I do.

My career in hospitality design spans over thirty years and is grounded in a professional foundation established in New York City through senior studio roles and a Master’s Degree in Interior Design from Pratt Institute, where I developed a disciplined design eye rooted in composition, light, proportion, materiality, and visual storytelling. My background also includes experience in antiques, fine art, textiles, lighting, custom furniture, and visual merchandising, shaping a broad understanding of spatial narrative and luxury craftsmanship.

Most recently, I served as Executive Director of Interior Design at The Venetian Las Vegas, helping lead large-scale resort renovations and capital improvement projects within an established complex of integrated hospitality environments. I was responsible for executing the Venetian Resort’s new brand, its new design vision, FF&E strategy, documentation standards, and execution, while working closely with ownership, operations, purchasing, consultants, and construction teams.

Previously, I served as Director of Design at Wynn Design & Development, I participated in globally recognized luxury hospitality projects across the Wynn Resorts portfolio and collaborated with multidisciplinary teams through all phases of design.

Earlier in my career, I contributed to major resort developments at MGM Resorts International (CityCenter and Bellagio) and began my professional foundation at Brennan Beer Gorman Monk (BBGM) in New York City, where I developed a strong respect for design rigor, documentation discipline, and the collaborative process.

At this stage of my career, I am drawn to work that is intentional, principled, and enduring—where luxury is the result of clarity, rigor, and shared standards rather than excess. I remain hopeful for the opportunity to contribute my experience in service of work held to that level, guided by the belief that when intention and craft align, the work endures.

Best regards,
